DMCA Policy

At Mad Magazine, we pride ourselves on creating original, often absurd, and always hilarious content. We also respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our platforms.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Mad Magazine site, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below. We will respond to valid notifications in accordance with the DMCA.

  3. Contact information for the complaining party: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: A statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

If your content has been removed from Mad Magazine as a result of a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed: This includes the specific URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed.

Please send your complete counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent via our contact page, clearly specifying that it is a DMCA counter-notification.
